Plucked by farmers when ripe, the finest ones are collected and then the outer layer of the berry is removed by either sun drying or by washing to leave the green bean itself.

Green beans need to be roasted to caramelise their natural sugars and to turn the bean into a darker and softer bean. Then, by simply using a grinder to grind them, you can prepare your coffee drink by passing hot water through these grounds to extract the rich coffee flavours.
